About Anchor Down Ultra
Each summer about 230 runners are invited to Rhode Island to battle what is considered one of the most iconic ultra races on the East Coast, in beautiful Colt State Park in Bristol. The Anchor Down Ultra is strategically held each year on one of the hottest weekends of the year with a 7pm start time. They have a 6, 12 and 24 hour event. So, Jules will head into the trail portion at 7pm on Friday and finish Saturday evening with her wife, Jill, and others as her support crew. She will be considered a finisher if she completes 21 laps, but aims to achieve her first 100k with 25 laps!
