If your surgeon has little or no experience with flat closure and you cannot pursue a second opinion, this illustrated handout can help you communicate your wishes clearly.

Includes space for you to take notes from your consult.

Technical Tip: if your publication doesn’t quite look right when you print it, try checking your print settings – uncheck “fit to page,” check the margins settings, etc.
